The sources for pyseqlogo can be downloaded from the Github repo.
You can either clone the public repository:
$ git clone git://github.com/saketkc/pyseqlogo
Or download the tarball:
$ curl -OL https://github.com/saketkc/pyseqlogo/tarball/master
Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:
$ cd pyseqlogo
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ pip install -e .
NOTE: pyseqlogo is not available on pip yet. Please install from source.
To install pyseqlogo, run this command in your terminal:
$ pip install pyseqlogo
This is the preferred method to install pyseqlogo, as it will always install the most recent stable release.
